Fascinating story. If I had read this at the time, I probably would have been to wary to put money into this though. The illiquidity + management that probably does not have my best interest at heart would have scared me off. Glad it worked for you!
I'm glad it worked out as well! I've spent countless hours everyday analyzing Orchard, and came to a conclusion that frankly there's not much to be afraid of. Of course, my capital is fairly small, so I didn't have to wait for 40 years to establish a position I wanted, but it took like a week or two to buy enough shares. Illiquidity may be your enemy but your friend as well.
