Hey, I was actually long planning to soon post exactly that! First, I just need to sum everything up, as I started my investing journey with Degiro (a European broker), and we switched to Interactive Brokers just like 2 years ago, in mid-2023, so there's no chart or anything from before that and especially no chart for both of these brokerages combined. However, for the article I'll try to find some statistics or something or this sort on Degiro, though I'm not sure if their platform offers that - there surely was no such option back in 2023.
Our CAGR is ~25% (less so if we include 2025 YTD returns), but before I start bragging about that in any article, I want to redo the calcs once again to make sure every digit's correct.
In 2020, we got around 50% return (vs ~18% for the S&P; with a fairly small amount of money though - those were the beginnings, after all), 2021: +32.8% (roughly 4.5% outperformance), 2022: +9.5% vs -18.1% for the S&P500 (from what I remember, mostly as we've had a fairly large exposure to energy stocks which acted as a countermeasure - they held up very well despite the market drop), 2023: around 30% return vs 26.3% for the index. For 2024, I don't have the return yet (I typically calculate our annual return after I'm done filing taxes every year, but this year I've had some really time-consuming (and damn tiring) problem with finishing them because of one thing, so I don't have any concrete numbers yet, but my estimate is, give or take, +10% - so in 2024 I underperformed for the first time).
Nonetheless, I can send you a "since inception" screenshot from IBKR if you want, but it's pretty much useless, as it doesn't take into consideration that up until probably end of 2024, most of our capital and stocks were still on Degiro.
*When writing this comment, I noticed this option on IBKR to link our accounts with external ones from Degiro, so I might actually be able to combine those results and be able to see them directly on IBKR! I didn't know about it before, so thanks a lot for taking the time to write your comment :D)
That said, we're not running a hedge fund here, so there are no 'audited returns' or anything like that. Maybe one day I'll get them professionally confirmed like that, but for now it's just not worth the cost.
I plan on publishing this breakdown of our returns probably around mid-June, coupled with the best and worst investments of each year. If you have any ideas/wishes on what I should include in this post, I'll take everything! :D
Show us screenshot of 5year CAGR and I’ll consider premium!

Thanks again, I hope you'll have a great day!
The part about investment philosophy was great to read!
"Settling - buying ‘kinda cheap’ just because there’s nothing immediately better in sight - can often be very dangerous for your performance"
So true!
Hey, I really appreciate that! :)
Took me a loooot of time to polish everything :D
